Guest Bio

Tami Pritchard is a 35-year corporate professional, climbing her way up ladders and burning candles at both ends for decades. Her professional life took a drastic turn in 2018 when she suffered a panic attack on a business trip. The episode proved to be a valuable catalyst for change. She became laser-focused on right-sizing her stress, but quitting her job was not an option she was willing to consider.

 She found her way back to health using practical, holistic health-driven methods involving stabilizing mind, body and spirit, all of which she documents in her book, THE CORPORATE MANIAC.

 Today, she conducts corporate wellness workshops and speaks to audiences across the nation to bring further awareness to the burnout epidemic and help others right-size their stress.
